The laser treatments, along with followup nutritional guidance, motivational support and maintenance are all included in our weight loss program which is customized to fit each individual’s needs.
The Anne Penman weight loss program is designed to burn stored body fat. We review your meal plan and set up goals each week to improve your weaker areas. This program will give you increased energy and your appetite will be naturally suppressed.

Controlled By You — To meet your specific needs and goals for a healthier, happier life.
Our package includes 4 sessions that we recommend to be used once a week for the period of one month. The primary session is 1 hour and 15 minutes where you will receive a weigh-in, a complete evaluation of your average daily food intake, the laser treatment, and then a meal plan with goals customized to help you achieve your goal.
Follow up sessions are approximately 45 minutes. We monitor your success with a weigh-in, a review of your week and then the laser treatment.
The number of treatments needed depends on your own weight loss goal. After you complete your one month program you have the flexibility of either purchasing another package or individual sessions. Depending on how much weight you have to lose, after the month program many clients start to come for sessions bi-weekly or once per month or they have already achieved their goal and have no need to come back for sessions.
